How Does it Work?

One-on-one life coaching requires commitment from both sides and takes place over an extended period of time, usually weeks to months. In an initial interview, I will review your desired outcome and then come up with an action plan to help you achieve those goals.

Honestly, one-on-one life coaching isn’t for everyone. It’s hard. Soul-searching work with another human being that can make you feel uncomfortable at times, and it can be costly. If you’re concerned about either of these aspects, don’t worry: we can talk about the different plans that I offer. You deserve to have the life you want and I want to help you achieve that.
